Geek Girl Review: August 2017 Geek Fuel Subscription Box

It’s time for another unboxing from your resident Geek Girl! If you’re a fan of geeky toys and action figures, exclusive shirts, nerdy life accessories, and downloadable games – then you don’t want to miss this unboxing! If you’re not, FanBolt probably isn’t the site for you – but if you are – then’s monthly subscription box is definitely for you!

I recently reviewed their latest box, and I absolutely love it (See video below!).

Here’s a breakdown of what all was included:

  • Dorbz XL: Receive 1 of 6 possibilities (Rocket, Groot, Big Daddy,
Ant-Man, Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, or Robin – your’s truly got Groot and has a full-on geek breakdown over it in the video below (Don’t judge…)
  • Epic Enamels Pin: Grab 1 of 6 in this month’s box (Superfuel, Batbot, Wonder Fuel, Cybot, The Fuel, or Aquabot – inspire by exactly the superheroes you’re picturing). I got Cybot!
  • Downloadable Steam Game: Spacejacked (Battle aliens and keey your spaceship safe in this fast-paced arcade tower-defense game where you play the role of one bad ass space technician)
  • Luggage ID Tag:: Inspired by Back to the Future this luggage tag will add the subtle – yet necessary touch of geek to your travels. It’s now on my Stormtrooper luggage which is anything but subtle – but I like to wave my geek flag high!
  • Wonder Woman T-shirt: This limited edition tee is only available in this month’s Geek Fuel box – and we absolutely love it!

Curious my reaction? Check out my unboxing video and review below!

You can pick one of several subscription options at and nerd out with us! Because let’s be real, every day needs at least a little geeky goodness – and with giant adorable baby Groots – you’ll be all set!
