Weekend Box Office Report: February 19th – 21st, 2010

Shutter Island debuted #1 at the box office this weekend, earning $40.2 million. Valentine’s Day fell one spot to #2 this weekend, earning $17.1 million. Avatar actually jumped one spot to #3 this weekend, earning $16.1 million. Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief fell one spot to #4 this weekend, earning $15.3 million. The Wolfman dropped three spots to #5 this weekend, earning $9.8 million and raising its two week total to $50.3 million. The film had a budget of $150 million.
