Emile Hirsch Joins ‘The Darkest Hour’


According to reports Emile Hirsch (Speed Racer) is set to star in ‘The Darkest Hour’, a New Regency/Summit Entertainment supernatural project that is said to be along the lines of ‘28 Days Later’. It follows a group of kids in Russia who are trying to survive after an alien invasion. Olivia Thirlby (Bored to Death) is also starring. Timur Bekmambetov is producing the film, with Chris Gorak (Right at Your Door) directing. Filming is slated to start in Moscow in June.
