‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ Sequel in the Works

With the new ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ pulling in $32.2 million opening weekend, Warner/New Line have already committed to a sequel in 3D. Warner distribution president Dan Fellman had the following to say about the sequel, “We don’t have a story yet, but this is the largest horror opening in the April-May corridor, and it just proves there’s a lot left in the franchise.”
