J.J. Abrams Comments on ‘Super 8’

Rumours were floating that the super-secret ‘Super 8’ trailer that is set to debut on Friday with ‘Iron Man 2’ was actually a trailer for ‘Cloverfield 2’. Producer JJ Abrams has refuted that rumour, saying the trailer “has nothing whatsoever to do with ‘Cloverfield’, despite your expert reporting.”

‘Super 8’ is said to center on some kids in the late 70s or 80s who discover an alien in some Super 8 movie
footage they get developed.
