Sam Worthington to Play Allan Quartermain

According to reports, Sam Worthington (Clash of the Titans) will star in and produce ‘Quatermain’ for DreamWorks. ‘Quatermain’ will be based on H. Rider Haggard’s Allan Quatermain character. The story will be set in a time in which humans have left Earth. Quatermain returns from a sojourn in space, embarking on another “King Solomon’s Mines”-style adventure, but this time it is on a planetwide scale.
