The Hit ‘Harry Potter’ Comedy ‘Puffs’ Is Now Streaming
Remember Puffs? — the hit Potter comedy about a boy who attended a certain magical school with another boy destined for greatness?
Well if you don’t live in NYC now it’s available to download via iTunes, Amazon and more for the holidays this year. For the first time, Puffs will also be available for licensing and the script will be on sale as well.
Puffs — now one of the longest stage comedies in New York — has been breaking box office records at New World Stages, just opened a hit international premiere in Australia and was seen at a special two-day nationwide screening through Fathom Events. In addition, The Other Big Wizard Play is now a Tony Award-winning smash on Broadway, so there is a lot of Potter in the air. Which is a good thing since Crimes of Grindelwald left little to be desired for most potterheads.
PUFFS or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic is performed at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street, New York, NY 10019). The current performance schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8:00 PM; Saturday at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM; and Sunday at 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Both the Saturday and Sunday matinee shows are special “Family Friendly” performances for audiences of all ages. Tickets, which are on sale at Telecharge.com, start at $52.00. Premium seats are $87-$97.
