The Town came in number one pulling in $23.8 million in its opening weekend. Easy A opened in second place with $18.2 million. The number three spot when to Devil. The M. Night Shyamalan-associated horror flick grossed $12.6 million in its opening weekend. Resident Evil: Afterlife fell big in its second weekend going from #1 to #4 with $10.1 million dollars. The 3D animated film Alpha & Omega opened in #5, bringing in just $9.2 million
