‘Fireflight’ to Come to Big Screen

The rights to ‘Fireflight’, a trilogy by author Sophie Jordan, has just been purchased by Mandalay Pictures in hopes that it will be the next ‘Twilight’. Here is the summary:

The books are about a set of twin teenage sisters who are a part of the Draki race (a group that descended from dragons). One of the twins has the rare talent of fire-breathing and is the center of a “dark plan” to use her skill, so her mother takes the twins away to live among humans.
