Powers or Problems? Netflix Poses the Question with ‘I Am Not Okay With This’ Trailer

Fans of the ‘supernatural’ are in for a treat with a new trailer release from Netflix yesterday. Here, we’re suckers for a good hero story, but that doesn’t just include the names you usually consider when you hear the word superhero. We love Captain America and Iron Man as much as the next person. We also love the tales of supernatural powers happening upon someone who isn’t in part of some massive comic universe.

So, it’s easy to see why we’re fans of Charles Forsman’s, I Am Not Okay With This. It follows a girl trying to figure out life in the midst of tragedy. With that, some other really strange things start happening. Everyone else is calling it puberty… and the fall out of dealing with grief. It soon becomes evident, however, that there’s a lot more than hormones behind what’s going on in her life.

That being said, we’re so excited that Netflix is bringing the story to our screens this month. The trailer for I Am Not Okay With This just dropped, and it looks absolutely incredible.

You can check it out, below.
