Blog site question
Ok another question. Has anyone used Wix for creating a blog? I have it done and keep previewing it but is this a good beginner application to use for developing my blog? I want the freebie to begin with just to see how it works and I am told this is a free option. Also, as much as I use social media, believe it or not I am scared to hit the ‘Publish’ button. Is that normal? Thanks again!

Personally, I’m not a fan of Wix but I’m a web developer by trade so I come at that question from a different angle. haha 🙂 I want to have access to all the code in case I need to do something that it’s not allowing me to do.
I’m a HUGE WordPress fan. WordPress.com offers free accounts (though they try to upsell you with every little add-on – but so does Wix). But it’s a good way to get your feet wet, and when you get more comfortable with the platform or want more control – you can switch over to running WordPress yourself and scale up at a reasonable rate/cost from there! 🙂
