Heist 2021 – Netflix
Ok, I love a good true crime docuseries but in my opinion, Netflix’s latest entry, ‘Heist’, leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest issue is that it appears to want you to root for the bad guys in each 2-part episode (there are 3) and I don’t agree with that. The acting is not the best – particularly in the 1st two-part story – and I just did not find anything remotely entertaining in the series. The cases are unique I admit but the justification of showing these cases is just not there.

I have only watched the first two episodes, but I feel mixed. I’m not sure how I feel about the use of actors in a documentary series.
