Chesney Dominates Academy of Country Music Awards Nominations

KENNY CHESNEY is leading the charge at the annual Academy Of Country Music Awards after landing 11 nominations.

The 39-year-old is up for prizes including Entertainer Of The Year, which he has previously won three times, Top Male Vocalist and Album Of The Year for If You’re Going Through Hell.

Elsewhere, Rodney Atkins has received six nominations for awards including Top Male Vocalist, Album Of The Year for Just Who I Am: Poets & Pirates and Video Of The Year for Don’t Blink.

Brad Paisley has four nods, including Top Male Vocalist and Entertainer Of The Year, while Big & Rich secured five nominations, including Top Vocal Duo.

The Academy Of Country Music Awards will be held in Las Vegas on 18 May (08).
