Kate Beckinsale May Join ‘Total Recall’ Remake

Kate Beckinsale has been offered a role in the upcoming remake of Total Recall. Beckinsale would play the part of Lori (Sharon Stone in the original), the wife of the protagonist who turns out to be part of the villainous conspiracy.

Beckinsale is married to the remake’s director, Len Wiseman, and has worked with him before on the Underworld films. Total Recall is based on the 1990 Paul Verhoeven adaptation of the short Philip K. Dick story, We Can Remember It For You Wholesale.
