Anna Faris Joins ‘The Dictator’

Anna Faris (Take Me Home Tonight) is set to play the female lead in The Dictator. She will star with Sacha Baron Cohen in the film, which will rely on heavy improvisation.

The film is inspired by Saddam Hussein’s novel Zabibah and the King, and will see Cohen as both a goat-herder and an oppressive dictator who finds himself lost in America.

Production will begin soon for a May 11th, 2012 release date.
