Meat Canyon Is Making a Show, and You Can Help!

As your trusty guide to all things indie, I’m here today to let you know about a new animated show in the works from Hunter Hancock, the man behind the Meat Canyon YouTube channel.

Hancock has been making interesting, bizarre, and twisted cartoon shorts for years on the platform. From horrifying takes on Ed, Edd, N Eddy to the sad tale of a broken down Bugs Bunny (RIP), his animations are not only visually interesting but deeply unsettling on multiple levels. So, that means I love it!

Now he wants to bring his unique art style and visceral storytelling to life via a full animated series consisting of 8 episodes for the first season. This venture will feature Monster Lab, which started off as a series of shorts in 2018. Check out the Kickstarter pitch below:
