2014 Golden Globe Winners: ‘American Hustle’ and ’12 Year a Slave’ Win Big

The 2014 Golden Globes went well for American Hustle, 12 Years A Slave, Breaking Bad and plenty of other nominees! The biggest surprise to us? Amy Poehler won Best Actress in a TV Series Comedy! We’ve been pulling for her to win that for the last 4 years!

America’s sweetheart, Jennifer Lawrence, took home Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for American Hustle, and her co-star Amy Adams took home Best Actress in a Motion Picture. It was 12 Years a Slave that took home Best Motion Picture (Drama), and to our surprise the only award our top film pick of 2013, Her, took home was Best Screenplay.

On the TV side, Breaking Bad grabbed Best TV Series Drama – Aaron Paul even gave us one last “Yeah Bitch,” for old time’s sake. Bryan Cranston took home Best Actor in a TV Series Drama for his work as Walter White on the hit AMC series.

The hosting duties of the 2014 Golden Globes fell to Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who I firmly believe should host everything, did an incredible job. We have some of their highlights below along with some of our other favorite moments as well.
