Synopsis

LISA FRANKENSTEIN is a coming-of-RAGE love story from acclaimed writer Diablo Cody about a misunderstood teenager and her high school crush, who happens to be a handsome corpse. After a set of playfully horrific circumstances bring him back to life, the two embark on a murderous journey to find love, happiness…and a few missing body parts on the way. Set in the 1980s, the movie leans into the music and pop culture references from that time – tanning beds, hair crimpers, black Doc Martens, and more!

Just in time for Valentine’s Day comes the comedy horror LISA FRANKENSTEIN, directed by Zelda Williams from a screenplay by Diablo Cody (JENNIFER’S BODY) and starring Kathryn Newton (“Big Little Lies”) and Cole Sprouse (“Riverdale”, “Suite Life of Zack & Cody”).
