Gisele Bundchen is World’s Highest Paid Model for Eighth Year
Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen is the world’s highest-paid model for the eighth consecutive year.
The 34-year-old earned an estimated $47 million in the past year, according to editors at Forbes magazine.
Bundchen, wife of footballer Tom Brady, made $5 million more than she did when she topped the list in 2013, thanks to her major campaigns for fashion brands including H&M, Stuart Weitzman, Chanel, Carolina Herrera, Balenciaga and Sonia Rykiel. She also gets part of the sales from Grendene’s jelly sandals, as well as being the face of Pantene and Oral-B in Brazil, and selling her own line of lingerie, Gisele Bundchen Intimates.
Victoria’s Secret angels Doutzen Kroes and Adriana Lima tie for a distant second, with earnings of $8 million.
Veteran model Kate Moss comes in at four with $7 million, tying with Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton, who is a newcomer to the list.
Other new faces include Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss and Jourdan Dunn.
