‘Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta’ Star Stevie J. Facing Prison Time

Music producer-turned-reality TV star Stevie J has been indicted for allegedly failing to pay over $1 million in child support payments, according to reports.

The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star was taken into custody in June after he was accused of failing to pay an ex-girlfriend a total of $1,107,412 in back child support for their two children.

Following his release, he was ordered to undergo regular drug testing and failed a number of tests between June and December.

He is currently in a 30-day rehab program and is now facing an indictment in the case.

The 43-year-old will be arraigned next month and is facing two years in prison if convicted, according to TMZ.com.

The news comes as Stevie J prepares to become a father again with his wife Joseline Hernandez, who is expecting a baby this year. The new addition will be his seventh child.

Hopefully he’s done procreating after this.
