Betty White’s ‘Hot in Cleveland’ Co-Stars Organize Flash Mob for Star’s 93rd Birthday
Betty White’s Hot in Cleveland co-workers marked her 93rd birthday over the weekend by organizing an on-set hula flash mob to surprise the veteran actress.
The Golden Girls star was at work on the show’s set in Los Angeles on Friday, a day before she turned 93 on Saturday, and was shocked when she arrived to find a huge crowd of colleagues doing a hula dance in her honor.
Video footage shows the group all wearing special costumes dancing to music before White’s co-stars, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick, appear to wish her a happy birthday.
White is seen fighting back tears as she exclaims, “At 93, you shouldn’t be doing this!”
