‘Ugly Betty’ Moving To Wednesdays

Ugly Betty is moving to Wednesdays, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

The show will replace the recently canceled Eastwick in the 10/9c timeslot, following ABC’s successful block of comedies (The Middle, Modern Family, and Cougar Town — there’s no word yet on what will fill the half-hour left vacant by the canceled Hank).

This is good news for fans of the show, which saw its ratings decline after it moved to Friday nights at 9/8c.

The switch is scheduled to take place in January after the holiday hiatus.
