Paul Giamatti is the latest actor to sign on to Adam Shankman’s Rock of Ages.
The film is an adaptation of the musical of the same name. Giamatti will be playing the manager of Cruise’s Stacee Jaxx, the frontman of a rock band.
Joining Giamatti and Cruise are Mary J. Blige, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand and Julianne Hough. Amy Adams is also rumored to be under consideration.
