It appears that way! Benedict Cumberbatch has dropped a huge hint he has signed up for the new Star Wars movie after all by admitting he has visited the set but is sworn to secrecy.
The Sherlock star has long been linked to a role in Star Wars: Episode VII, but he has denied any involvement on several occasions, stating in April that it “won’t happen”.
However, he has now dropped a clear hint he is involved with the franchise after all by discussing his trip to the set before coyly refusing to give any more details.
Asked about the Star Wars rumors by U.K. talk show host Graham Norton, Cumberbatch replies “No comment” before saying, “I went to the set. It was incredible… I probably shouldn’t be saying these things.”
So what do you think? Will he make an appearance in the film or is he pulling everyone’s legs?
