Atlanta Filming May 2016: Coming Soon
- Marvel’s Black Panther will film in Atlanta.
- IFC TV series Brockmire will begin filming in Atlanta soon.
- Zombieland 2 is expected to start filming in Atlanta in August.

- It’s confirmed that the new Spider-Man will film in Atlanta
- Jermaine Dupree and Queen Latifah’s new Lifetime series The Rap Game will film in Atlanta
- The Walking Dead started production on Monday, May 2nd, on Season 7. The series has been spotted in Newnan, Griffin, and East Point – they’ve not yet returned to Senoia’s Alexandra set.
- Baby Driver was spotted filming early in the month at the Atlanta Civic Center and also at Goodfellas Pizza on May 6th and 7th.
- Jennifer Anniston and Jason Bateman’s new film, Office Christmas Party has been spotted in Hiram.
- National Geographic’s new made for TV-movie Killing Reagan has begun production and has been spotted at Emory’s Briarcliff campus in addition to the sound stages at Screen Gems. Last week the production was also spotted on Forsyth Street.
- Jacob’s Ladder has been spotted near Nelson St Bridge in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood.
- Fast 8 has been spotted near Krog Street Market as well as Jimmy Cartier Blvd in Norcross.
- Liam Neeson’s new film, Felt (The story of Mark Felt, who under the name “Deep Throat” helped journalists Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein uncover the Watergate scandal in 1974), was spotted near Cobb Galleria and North Druid Hills in addition to the Georgia Archives building.
- The new FX series from Donald Glover, Atlanta, was spotted at Club Rio
- Nicolas Cage’s Vengeance: A Love Story was spotted at the Fulton County courthouse in addition to Alpharetta.
- William H. Macy’s Krystal starring The Flash‘s Grant Gustin has been filming south of the city in McDonough, Jonesboro and Fayetteville.
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has been filming at Pinewood Studios in Fayetteville and has also been spotted at Sullivan Rd in College Park.

- Oprah’s Atlanta-filmed Greenleaf has released a trailer.
- A private concert with T.I., Nelly and Snoop Dogg was held in early May in Buckhead.
- The Walking Dead‘s Steven Yeun and Norman Reedus came to the aid of a Peachtree City car crash.
- The Walking Dead cast teamed up for 2016’s Red Nose Day to put together a video that would help raise money for children living in poverty around the world.
