Unfortunately, no matter how hard Marvel tries, someone always spoils their upcoming movies.
Spoilers have always been top of mind for those in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. At the Avengers: Endgame Hollywood premiere on Monday, someone leaked footage from the highly anticipated film, and the clip leaked is “spoiler heavy.”
And this time it wasn’t Mark Ruffalo.
From the title, we know that this is goodbye to some of our favorite heroes and characters. Avengers: Endgame is eleven years in the making and the 22nd film in the MCU, so spoiling the movie sucks for those who helped create the film and for fans.
After the leak, The Russo Brothers not so coincidentally tweeted a letter to fans pleading them not to spoil Avengers: Endgame.

Now, the hashtag #Don’tSpoilTheEndgame is trending and, hopefully, reminding fans not to spoil the film for others.
Luckily, for everyone who helped make Avengers: Endgame, spoilers never stopped fans from going to see films before. So it’s doubtful that this leak hurts the performance of Avengers: Endgame, especially from the crazy number of pre-ticket sales.
Avengers: Endgame premieres April 26, 2019, so try to make it nine days without getting spoiled. For all of you spoilers out there, “Remember, Thanos still demands your silence.”
