Weekend Box Office Report: ‘Puss In Boots’ Holds Onto #1

Puss in Boots retained the top spot at the box office this weekend grossing $33.0 million to hold onto the #1 position in its second week. The Eddie Murphy /Ben Stiller action-comedy Tower Heist opened soft, coming in at #2 with $25.1 million. Opening at #3 was A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, which grossed $13.1 million. Paranormal Activity 3 dropped two spots to #4 in its third week with $8.5 million. In Time also slipped two spots, coming in at #5 with $7.7 million.
