Nintendo Wii U Release Date & Price Revealed
Nintendo has finally released information to the public on when to expect their upcoming console, the Wii U, and how much it will cost. Nintendo will be providing two hardware bundles on November the 18th, 2012 starting at $299.99 in North America. The Wii U will come both in all white and all black depending on which bundle you choose. For those concern about having limited hardware space, Nintendo has confirmed that the Wii U can use both SD cards and external hard drives for extra storage. The Deluxe Program Membership, otherwise known as Nintendo Network Premium, is included will all purchases of the more expensive Deluxe bundle. This program will give a 10% discount on all digitally bought games on the Wii U eShop. Retailer stores such as Best Buy and Gamestop are now starting to take pre-orders for the Wii U.
