‘The Vampire Diaries’ Star Candice Accola Is Pregnant!
The Vampire Diaries star Candice Accola announced her surprise pregnancy in a pretty adorable way!
The actress pleasantly shocked fans by announcing that she and husband, The Fray musician Joe King, are expecting their first child together in a sweet Instagram snap that included Accola’s two stepdaughters, Ava and Elise.
“Sometimes a Saturday is best spent painting t-shirts and taking an awesome family photo,” she captioned the pic. “Happy Monday everybody! #ThatAintNoBurritoinMyBelly Thank you to our friend @softspiritstrong for coming over and snapping this sweet pic.” In the photo, we see the whole family with their decorated shirts, including Candice’s that has the word BABY sprawled across the belly.
It appears the proud papa is also excited about the new addition, posting the same photo with the caption “Baby King on the way!!!! So proud to welcome this new life into the world with my beautiful, wife and daughters. I truly am a lucky man & dad. photo cred- @softspiritstrong”
Accola and King were married in the fall of 2014 after being engaged since May 2013. Candice’s TVD co-stars, like Nina Dobrev, Kat Graham and Michael Trevino, among others, attended the beautiful New Orleans nuptials.
Candice’s pregnancy should make for some interesting TVD shots in the upcoming season, but we couldn’t be happier for her and her family.
