Aaron Paul Nearly Married His Wife on Their First Date
Aaron Paul has made it no secret that he’s a romantic, and recently the Need for Speed star revealed that he almost married his now wife, Lauren Parsekian, on their first date in Las Vegas last May.
The pair were so convinced that they would spend their lives together that they purchased baby clothes and headed to a wedding chapel – only to discover that it was shut.
Paul tells U.S. Elle magazine, “Our first date after Coachella (music festival) was a trip to Vegas. We bought our first child a baby leather jacket from All Saints. We also jumped into a cab and said, ‘Take us to the nearest chapel. We’re getting married.’
“The Little White Chapel ended up being closed. We probably would have gone through with it. It would have been a pretty funny story. But I’m happy we got married when we did – a year later.”
