‘Teen Wolf’ Star Tyler Posey and ‘Scream’ Star Bella Thorne to Host MTV Fandom Fest at Comic-Con 2015

Teen Wolf heartthrob Tyler Posey and Scream star Bella Thorne have been revealed as the hosts of the second annual MTV Fandom Awards, which will be preceded by the MTV Fandom Fest, both of which are taking place during this year’s San Diego Comic Con.

The Fandom Awards were established to honor diehard fans, whose excitement has pushed movies, TV shows, books and comics from subculture to mainstream worldwide success over the past year. Before the award show, however, fans (with Comic Con badges) are invited to come party at the MTV Fandom Fest, which will be held at Petco Park. The day-long fan event will feature food, drinks, games and giveaways, and lead into the taping of the “MTV Fandom Awards Special.

“As a complete fan girl myself, I cannot explain how amazing it will be to host the ‘MTV Fandom Awards,’ said Bella Thorne in a statement. It’s going to be really fun and I can’t wait to hit the stage with Tyler.”

“I had such a blast last year as a nominee and a winner at the ‘MTV Fandom Awards’ that yes was my only answer when I was presented the chance to host the show,” added Tyler Posey. The fans have loved and supported ‘Teen Wolf’ for so long so this is another cool way to celebrate with them.”
