Radcliffe Quashes Spielberg Rumors

Actor DANIEL RADCLIFFE has quashed rumors revered filmmaker STEVEN SPIELBERG will be directing the seventh HARRY POTTER movie, insisting there is no truth to the claims.

The 18-year-old – who is currently shooting the sixth movie in the boy wizard franchise, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince – is adamant Spielberg will not be taking the helm for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, even though a director has yet to be appointed for the movie.

He tells British radio station Heart FM, “It’s absolute rubbish. It’s not true. There’s absolutely no foundation in that at all. I have no idea how that rumor started or where it came from.”
